Youth Challenge Inc. is a non-profit community mentoring organization inspiring hope and purpose in young men (ages13-17) in the Metro Atlanta area through access to academic, economic, and social enrichment opportunities. YCI’s leadership is comprised of men from all walks of life; from entrepreneurs, corporate executives, to non-profit leaders; all of whom share a passion for developing our youth’s purpose, passion, leadership acumen and pride. YCI seeks to provide our young men with opportunities to maximize their talents and inspire them to be faithful stewards of their talent, their community and their future.

Youth Challenge, Inc.  has developed a custom curriculum around our four founding core pillars:

Youth Challenge, Inc. teaches young men both technical and practical life skills as a way to process, develop, understand and grow the stories of their past, present, and future. We do this in a unique way that impacts how they view themselves and their role in the community.

We believe that giving our young men the opportunity to process and tell their stories from the past, present, and future through our four pillars with no judgment or expectations creates a fork in the road for how they choose to move forward. Our students feel proud of their contribution to help understand themselves as well as expand and grow their own lives and their communities.
